SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern text messaging ("SMS") provided by Unveiled Enterprises LLC, operator of The Unveiled Planner ("The Unveiled Planner," "Unveiled," "we," "us," or "our").
The Unveiled Planner is a wedding-planning, invitation, and event-management platform that enables couples and their authorized collaborators to plan weddings and events, manage guest information, send invitations, collect RSVPs, coordinate event details, and communicate wedding and event-related information.
These SMS Terms apply to individuals who send, request, consent to, or receive SMS communications through The Unveiled Planner.
1. Our SMS Messaging Program
The Unveiled Planner uses SMS to provide transactional and informational communications relating to weddings, events, accounts, and planning activities.
Depending on your relationship to a wedding or event, SMS messages may include:
- Wedding & Event Invitations — invitations and links to view wedding or event information;
- RSVP Communications — RSVP requests, confirmations, reminders, and related information;
- Event Schedules & Itineraries — dates, times, locations, timelines, transportation information, and other logistical details;
- Event Updates & Reminders — reminders, schedule changes, location updates, announcements, and other important event information;
- Planning & Task Notifications — task assignments, reminders, planning updates, and other notifications for couples, planners, vendors, wedding-party members, or other authorized collaborators;
- Account & Service Notifications — information relating to your account or use of The Unveiled Planner; and
- Other Transactional Communications — communications reasonably necessary to facilitate, coordinate, manage, or participate in a wedding or event through The Unveiled Planner.
The SMS program described in these SMS Terms is intended for transactional and informational communications. Consent obtained for these communications will not be used to send unrelated marketing or promotional SMS messages.
2. How Mobile Numbers May Be Provided
Mobile numbers may be provided to The Unveiled Planner in different ways depending on how a wedding or event is being managed.
A. Mobile Numbers Provided Directly by Guests
Guests may voluntarily provide their own mobile number through a guest information form, RSVP form, invitation response, or other wedding or event-related form made available through The Unveiled Planner.
When a guest provides their own mobile number for SMS communications, a disclosure will be presented at or near the point where the number is collected explaining that the guest agrees to receive text messages relating to the applicable wedding or event.
The disclosure will identify the types of messages the guest may receive and provide applicable information regarding message frequency, message and data rates, opt-out instructions, and assistance.
Providing a mobile number for these purposes does not subscribe the guest to unrelated marketing or promotional SMS communications.
B. Mobile Numbers Provided by Couples or Event Organizers
Couples, planners, or other authorized event organizers may provide a guest's mobile number when creating or managing a guest list, importing or adding guest information, preparing invitations, or coordinating a wedding or event.
A couple or authorized event organizer may select SMS as a method for sending a wedding or event invitation or other permitted event-related communication.
The Unveiled Planner does not treat the event organizer's provision of a guest's mobile number, by itself, as the guest's consent to receive unrelated marketing or promotional SMS communications.
Recipients may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.
3. SMS Consent
When an individual provides their own mobile number and opts in to SMS communications through The Unveiled Planner, the individual expressly agrees to receive text messages from The Unveiled Planner relating to the applicable wedding, event, account, or planning activity.
The disclosure presented at the point of collection will be substantially similar to the following:
"By providing your mobile number and opting in to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from The Unveiled Planner, operated by Unveiled Enterprises LLC, relating to this wedding or event, including invitations, RSVP communications, schedules, itineraries, reminders, location details, and other event-related information. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Your mobile number will not be used to send unrelated marketing or promotional text messages. See our SMS Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy."
Where an affirmative SMS consent control, such as a checkbox or toggle, is used, it will not be pre-selected.
SMS consent will be presented separately from acceptance of our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
4. Wedding & Event Invitations
The Unveiled Planner enables couples and authorized event organizers to send wedding and event invitations to invited guests.
Where SMS is used as an invitation delivery method, an SMS invitation may identify The Unveiled Planner and the applicable couple, wedding, or event and may include a link through which the recipient can view an invitation, RSVP, or access related event information.
Wedding and event invitations sent through this SMS program are transactional and informational communications intended to facilitate participation in the applicable wedding or event.
They are not advertisements for unrelated products or services and do not enroll recipients in an unrelated marketing or promotional SMS program.
5. Guest-Provided Contact Information
The Unveiled Planner may provide forms through which invited guests can enter or update their own contact information.
If a guest chooses to provide a mobile number and opt in to SMS communications, that number may be used to send permitted communications relating to the applicable wedding or event, including invitations, RSVP communications, reminders, schedules, itineraries, location information, logistical updates, and other relevant event information.
Guests are not required to consent to unrelated marketing or promotional SMS communications in order to provide their information, RSVP, or participate in an event.
6. Couples, Planners & Collaborators
Couples, planners, vendors, wedding-party members, and other authorized collaborators may also choose to receive SMS communications relating to their accounts or weddings and events they are managing or participating in.
Messages may include:
- Task assignments and reminders;
- Planning notifications;
- Schedule and itinerary updates;
- Event notifications;
- Account-related notifications; and
- Other transactional or informational communications relating to their use of The Unveiled Planner.
Where SMS consent is collected through an account, profile, notification setting, or other web form, the individual will be informed that they are agreeing to receive SMS/text messages and what types of communications they may receive.
7. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies.
The number of messages you receive will depend on the applicable wedding or event, your role, the communications associated with that event, and your interaction with The Unveiled Planner.
Some recipients may receive only a limited number of messages, while others who opt in to ongoing communications may receive additional messages as an event approaches or when relevant information is added, updated, or changed.
8. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Your wireless carrier may charge you for sending or receiving SMS messages in accordance with your wireless service plan.
Unveiled Enterprises LLC does not impose a separate fee for receiving SMS communications, although standard carrier messaging and data charges may apply.
9. Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a message from The Unveiled Planner.
After you reply STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS communications associated with the applicable messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again.
Opting out of SMS communications does not prevent you from receiving communications through other available channels, including email or communications available within The Unveiled Planner.
10. Opting Back In
If you previously opted out and later wish to receive SMS communications again, you must opt in again through an available consent method.
Simply retaining, storing, providing, or updating a mobile number does not override a previous SMS opt-out request.

12. Privacy & Mobile Information
Unveiled Enterprises LLC respects the privacy of your mobile information.
We may collect and maintain mobile numbers, SMS preferences, opt-in records, opt-out records, and related information as necessary to operate and document our SMS messaging program.
We do not sell or rent mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent information.
We may use service providers, including telecommunications, messaging, hosting, and technology providers, to process information on our behalf as necessary to provide and support The Unveiled Planner and its SMS functionality.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
All categories of information sharing described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

13. Responsibilities of Couples & Event Organizers
Couples, planners, and other authorized event organizers who provide guest information to The Unveiled Planner are responsible for providing accurate information and using the platform's messaging functionality only for legitimate wedding and event-related purposes.
Event organizers may not use The Unveiled Planner's SMS functionality to send:
- Spam;
- Unsolicited advertising;
- Unrelated promotional or marketing communications;
- Fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful content; or
- Communications unrelated to the wedding or event for which the messaging functionality is being used.
The Unveiled Planner may restrict or terminate access to messaging functionality where we reasonably believe it is being misused.
14. Consent Records
Unveiled Enterprises LLC may maintain records relating to SMS consent, including the mobile number provided, the date and time consent was obtained, the method through which consent was provided, the applicable disclosure presented at the time of consent, and subsequent opt-out or opt-in activity.
These records may be maintained for compliance, security, dispute resolution, and operational purposes.
15. Message Delivery & Carrier Disclaimer
SMS delivery is subject to wireless carrier transmission, network availability, device settings, and other circumstances outside the control of Unveiled Enterprises LLC.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We cannot guarantee that every SMS message will be delivered or received within a particular period of time.
SMS functionality may not be available through every carrier, device, service plan, or geographic location.
16. No Marketing Consent
Consent to receive transactional or informational wedding and event-related SMS communications does not constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing or promotional SMS communications.
If The Unveiled Planner offers promotional or marketing SMS communications in the future, any consent required for those communications will be obtained separately as required by applicable law and messaging requirements.
17. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, messaging practices, technology, or applicable requirements.
When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Updates to these SMS Terms do not automatically expand the scope of SMS communications to which you previously consented.
Where additional consent is required for a new category of SMS communications, we will obtain that consent before sending those messages.
